A super service, my request as well as further questions were answered immediately and competently. I was even offered a better alternative that was even cheaper and lasted longer than the one I initially wanted, which I gratefully accepted, as it was really much better than what I initially wanted.
The voucher arrived by post within 2 days, but I was even given the option of printing the voucher beforehand if there was any pressure.
I was always asked if everything was ok or if I had any questions.
I can only praise this company and definitely recommend it, fast, friendly and responsive to the customer.
