The assessment at Swiss, Edelweiss, Helvetic and many other airlines is used as a selection basis for hiring new pilots. This is where it is decided who makes it into the cockpit. Once you have mastered the first step of the pilot application process, you will be invited to the selection process. Training in preparation for this important step pays off enormously. Our professional instructors (former and active Swiss captains) will show you all the important points and procedures in the Boeing 777 simulator. Three sessions in the classroom and in the simulator have proven their worth on the selection course for airline pilots. Many candidates have already successfully completed the selection process at Swiss, Helvetic and Edelweiss, whether as "Ab-Initio" or "Direct-Entry F/O - PIC". Of course, the training is customized.
