Exceptionally nice staff on the phone, very friendly pilot, everyone felt very safe. Marc kept asking us during the flight whether everything was ok and whether we felt comfortable. He explained the mountains to us, the valleys etc. It was as if a good friend was piloting us through this magnificent mountain world. The flight was a present for our grandson Noé's 12th birthday. We could not have had a more beautiful, unforgettable experience. Yes, it wasn't cheap but it was worth every penny!
