The organization around it was a bit chaotic, but booking worked out in the end.
The flight with captain and co-pilot was very good, very impressive and a hugely positive experience.
The welcome and farewell was a bit too impersonal.
Conclusion: Flight = great, support should be more personal and a little more marketing on our own behalf would certainly be beneficial. After all, the Antonov flight is a great thing!
