After an impressive flight around the Alps in the majestic mountains of the Bernese Oberland, the landing site comes into view. Another big turn to inspect the landing site and the pilot takes off for a glacier landing on the Kanderfirn or Petersgrat. "Impossible", you will think when the pilot shows you the landing site on the glacier. But the experienced glacier pilot skilfully touches the plane down on the snow.

The glacier landing takes place exclusively with a maximum of 2 passengers and a total weight of 160kg. For larger groups we recommend the glacier landing by helicopter.

Important info

Due to the poor weather conditions in the 2023/2024 season, fewer passengers than usual were able to fly. Until the passengers on the waiting list have flown, we are unfortunately unable to accept any additional reservations.

Vouchers can still be given as gifts, but it will probably not be possible to redeem them until the 2025/2026 season. If the weather is very good in the 2024/2025 season, reservations will also be possible in this season.

As a short-term alternative, we recommend the Glacier landing by helicopter.

Great experience, which I would gladly recommend to others. The only flaw was that my pilot only spoke English. In Switzerland I would expect someone who speaks German.
