Of course. But we need a separate registration for each voucher (!). Enter "together with ..." in the comment field so that we know who belongs together. After completing the first registration, you can add the next person by clicking on the "Register more people" button. Additional voucher numbers in the comment field will not be taken into account! If none of the people have a voucher, you can freely enter the number of participants during the order process. In this case, we only need one registration for all persons together.
Yes, in this case you must register for your desired activity without a voucher. You can then enter your voucher number in the "Credit voucher" field during the registration process. The value of the voucher will then be automatically deducted from the new offer amount. Credit will be sent directly as a new voucher.
Check the voucher number for spelling mistakes. U and V are often mixed up, for example. Spaces after the voucher number are also displayed as errors. If the number is still not accepted, you can send us an e-mail with the following information: voucher number (if recognizable) and, if known, the name of the person who ordered the voucher. We will then send you the correct number immediately.
Flight dates cannot always be held due to weather conditions. In the registration process you can indicate whether or not a postponement is possible in this case. If no postponement is possible, we will refund 100% of the flight price.
This is generally possible. However, please note that the person may already have something else planned for this date and may not have time. Therefore, check carefully whether the booking can be used. In such cases, we recommend giving a voucher as a gift and then making an appointment with booking .
If you register without a voucher, we will send you an invoice by e-mail for prepayment or you can pay for the flight by credit card or cash on site, depending on the offer. The payment method is shown in the confirmation email.
No, we only fly in suitable conditions. The flight cannot take place in rain, poor visibility (clouds) and strong winds. Your pilot will inform you personally of the weather decision the evening before or the morning of the day of the flight, depending on booking .
You can specify a new preferred date directly to your pilot or inform us by e-mail. The flight will not automatically be postponed to your second preferred date.
