There is no minimum age for the balloon ride. However, it is recommended that children are at least 1.20 meters tall and have reached school age. Smaller children usually get bored of the balloon ride after a short time. Up to the age of majority, we require the consent of a parent or guardian.
The balloon relies on light winds for take-off and landing. As the sun generates strong thermal winds during the day, depending on the region, only morning and evening flights can be carried out in spring and summer. In fall and winter, afternoon flights are also possible.
There is a big difference between standing on a tower, a precipice or in a hot air balloon basket. You feel very safe in the basket and the high edge means you don't feel afraid of heights.
No special clothing is required for the balloon flight. Wear appropriate clothing for the time of year, and gloves and a hat in winter. In summer, headgear is also recommended, but a light cap will suffice.
Sure, you can take photos and film during the entire balloon flight.
Unfortunately not. For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to fly in a balloon.

Most trips take 4-8 people. However, there are various hot-air balloons available with space for up to 16 passengers. For larger groups, several balloons are used at the same time. For a private flight you can also enjoy a ride just the two of you.
Yes, this is possible with one of the various private balloon rides. With a private balloon flight, the duration of the flight and the take-off location can be individually tailored to your wishes. You can find more information at private balloon flight or by mail.
Here you can register quickly and easily online. You should register about two weeks before your desired flight date so that we can reserve a place for you in the balloon basket. Contact us if you would like to come along at very short notice. We can usually still organize something. Your pilot will inform you of the weather decision the evening before or the morning of the day of the flight. If the weather does not cooperate, we will postpone your balloon flight to another date of your choice. For longer-term bookings, we recommend our vouchers.
