The voucher arrived within a day of ordering, great. I also think it's great that the voucher and the accompanying brochure were personalized with the name.

The only thing I have to complain about is that the envelope containing the voucher is quite tight. When I took the voucher out, I almost couldn't get it back in (maybe I was just incapable of doing that, haha).

The voucher we ordered online was in our letterbox the very next day.

The voucher was a gift, I ordered it on Sunday and it was in the post on Tuesday.
