I can't say anything about the tandem flight yet, that's yet to take place.
But the voucher arrived absolutely quickly, just 1 day after ordering, I was amazed. And beautifully packaged, with a nice card inside.

A little less advertising in the voucher envelope would be even more appealing.

Manfred Streit seems to me to be an extremely experienced and conscientious pilot. You never had the impression that he was in a hurry.
