Hello,
just as you describe it on the homepage, that's how it was delivered. Promptly. The fact that you can also print out the voucher is also a wonderful thing in a hurry.

So far everything is good, very friendly advisor on the phone and prompt delivery of the voucher.
I can't judge the flight etc. yet as it hasn't taken place yet.
