It was a great pleasure to choose a surprise for a dear colleague with you. The absolutely fast, competent and customer-friendly responses to my inquiries made the gift I ordered at short notice a real hit. Thanks to customs, the original voucher unfortunately arrived a little late (the immediate processing by Flight-base was evident from the postmark alone), but thanks to the self-printable template we were able to improvise quickly and then submit the original later.
