Provided perfect organization. From the search for a date, (always sms when it was possible to fly), to the smooth organization of the flight. Professional pilot, professional transportation, really everything top. We were thrilled.

First time there, everything well explained, clean take-off and landing, flight director knew the answers to all questions. Unfortunately, neither the flight director nor the flight assistant could help it that the weather was "hazy". Everything else, such as reservations, booking and transportation, was great.

I was well advised and picked up on time at the agreed location and driven back again after the trip.
I felt safe during the whole trip and my questions were answered competently. I will certainly be taking more trips with the balloon.

It was a very nice experience. The preparation and the information from the pilot were interesting. We had fantastic weather and everything was super organized from start to finish. I would definitely recommend it to others.
