There were a few hurdles before we finally had a booking for the balloon flight.
In the end, the day of the balloon flight was a great experience. With Pascal we had one of the best balloon pilots in the world.
I can recommend him.

We had a great day - lots of sun and a bit of wind. The visibility was also ok. And very important: the excellent pilot with a lot of experience and humor and his helper - a well-rehearsed team from Lithuania.
Without the active help of the guests, the flight would hardly have been possible, but it made it very interesting. Unloading the basket and balloon, laying out the balloon and helping to inflate it.
And then we were already in the air - sometimes very quiet and then noisy again because of the heating. We quickly reached an altitude of over 1000 m and headed from ZH-Wollishofen towards Sempach - indescribably beautiful!
After flying at 2000 m for a while, we flew from Sursee at low altitudes over treetops, fields and villages to Grosswangen LU.
After almost two hours, we landed in a field where the grass was still dry. The cows next door were a little excited and made this known loudly.
Then the whole procedure in reverse order - deflate/press the balloon, roll it up, pack it up and load everything back in again.
And last but not least, we had a cuppa before we were driven back.
It was lovely - and highly recommended!
