Your website promises us a unique balloon ride in the middle of the city of Bern. This was also clear to the pilot. We started in Ittigen and were unfortunately disappointed as we headed towards Burgdorf. The exact duration of the flight was 1 hour and 28 minutes. According to your website, the flight takes 2 to 2.5 hours. We still had a nice balloon ride.

Thank you very much for your feedback. As the balloon flies with the wind, the direction of travel cannot be determined exactly in advance. Normally, however, the launch site is chosen so that the flight is in the direction of Bern. The flight time is also at least approx. 2 hours. We will look into this case with the pilot and get back to you.

From A-Z, my balloon flight was a wonderful and perfect experience.
The administrative part was also fast and friendly.

It was perfect - Christian Furrer carried out the flight from A to Z with great competence. A perfect take-off, wonderful laps around the edge of the Uetliberg up to Felsenegg and an equally precise landing next to the farm in Ris. The weather was also increasingly perfect yesterday, Wednesday, which is probably one of the reasons why so many people were 'in the air' and enjoyed gliding in the evening breeze.
