Hello, the order for a gift voucher was processed flawlessly. The voucher arrived as requested in a neutral envelope so that my husband didn't notice what was inside, because it was supposed to be a surprise.
The envelope was in my letterbox within 2 days. Thank you very much for this transaction, now I am curious what my husband will say about the flight and the experience;-) Thank you very much

The selection on the website is great and works well. The ordering process is simple and accepts the usual payment options. The order with the advance versions for download was very welcome. The "paper form" of the voucher arrived very quickly, however the wrapping cardboard was crumpled so it was unusable. This happens in the postal distribution systems, but I have no suggestion on how to improve this.
