The whole ordering and payment process went very smoothly and quickly, but I don't understand why the voucher is only valid for one year. Example: You are a slightly larger group of friends now you give everyone this voucher mutually so everyone has received the same gift, but now you have to jump mega fast, otherwise the voucher will expire and finding a booking together with 10 people is relatively difficult, in my opinion you could either extend it to at least 2-3 years or hand it out without an expiration date.

In other words, we guarantee to provide the booked offer at the price paid, regardless of whether it becomes more expensive during this time. Once the price guarantee has expired, the voucher can be extended on our homepage by one year up to a maximum of 10 years (in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations). Had a good but short paragliding flight. I would have accepted it, as you can't control the weather and thermals. After the flight I was told that I might get a voucher for another activity at Flight-Base because the flight was so short.
This happened without my asking, in the weeks that followed.
