I bought the voucher for a tandem skydive as I am giving it to my son for his 40th birthday. The website is very clear and I found what I wanted straight away. I also received a quick reply to a question I asked by email and was given competent advice on the phone!

The voucher arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. Only after ordering did I see that the voucher is only valid until 31.1.25. This information would have been helpful before ordering, as I'm not giving the gift away until February 24. My question is what happens if the voucher cannot be redeemed by 31.1.25.
