was surprised how quickly the voucher arrived after I ordered it. Very friendly on the phone!
I would have one tip; ... please ask the customer on which date the voucher may be issued. e.g. on the date of birth of the recipient, etc. ... and not the order date on the voucher. I find this even more personal.

The voucher I ordered was delivered very quickly - and very importantly: in a neutral envelope. The voucher is personalized with the name of the recipient, which I really like. The print quality could be optimized, but it's OK. One of my questions was answered promptly in the chat. All in all, a very good experience.

The picture of the gift packaging in the online store is slightly different (different ribbon), which is not a problem at all. In my opinion, the design of the voucher is also no longer quite up to date.
Of course, the most important Reviews can only take place after the actual experience. We are definitely looking forward to it!

I flew with Dani Meier from Niederbauen was super nice but unfortunately we had too little upwind
so unfortunately it was a short flight but I got a credit for the next flight

I was irritated that the voucher is valid for one year, although the homepage states a validity period of 5 years. However, the information sheet enclosed with the voucher stated that an extension is possible, but you have to actively do this.
