the flight was very well planned, the pilot very professional, unfortunately a bit short. But that is not a negative point, next time I would invest more time and book a longer flight.

To make the date reservation process more efficient, it would be a great advantage if the voucher order could also be paid for by credit card.

I called and asked for a callback as no one was there. The call back came within a short time. The advice on the phone was very good and very friendly. After placing the order, the voucher arrived the next day. I was totally satisfied.
