The voucher was intended as a birthday present for a work colleague. I received everything very quickly, complete and easy to understand.
She has not yet redeemed the voucher, but she was very happy about it!

The voucher arrived within a day of ordering, great. I also think it's great that the voucher and the accompanying brochure were personalized with the name.
The only thing I have to complain about is that the envelope containing the voucher is quite tight. When I took the voucher out, I almost couldn't get it back in (maybe I was just incapable of doing that, haha).
